Simply choose a Direct Primary Care doctor from Paladina Health or R-Health and get unlimited access to personalized care with no co-pays, when and where it's convenient for you.
If you are not eligible for SHBP/SEHBP coverage or lose SHBP/SEHBP coverage, you may be eligible for plans through the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Marketplace. You can learn more about these coverage options on the Health Care website.
