The Division of Pensions & Benefits is continuously striving to provide the best possible service in the safest manner possible during this public health crisis. Please see Important COVID-19 Information for changes in service and other important COVID-19 related notices.
COVID-19 Related Closures
To safeguard public health and help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the Division of Pensions & Benefits has temporarily suspended all non-essential services including reception desk service and in-person counseling at our Trenton offices.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may pose and ask for your continued patience as we navigate this unprecedented situation. Please also check back for updates and announcements.
Essential and Continuing Services
During the COVID-19 public health emergency, the Division of Pensions & Benefits is continuing essential payroll, pension, and health benefit operational services; however, certain services may be available on a limited basis.
Our Call Center, 609-292-7524, is operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed on State Holidays). Callers should expect extended wait times due to limited staff.
Members or employers may contact the Division by email. Due to high volume and the complex nature of email inquiries, response times can vary from seven to ten working days.
